When a new service route is created, its related information will be displayed in the Service module. Users can suspend or resume a service according to business adjustments. The scanning broadcast voice can also be configured here. Besides, the Service module supports functions such as neutral label printing and website query.

Due to different restrictions of last-mile-carriers, each service route is validated under different rules which may require change anytime the business needs adjustment. For a more flexible service validation that takes effect sooner, the Metadata module was developed. Users can easily configure certain fields of a service by finding the service in the Metadata module, click the service and make adjustments.
