The Custom module allows users to add or edit import/export custom clearance events of orders and update order status. Use the Master Airway Bill(MAWB), Bag Number, Trucking Batch Number, or Tracking Number to find a certain order, select a custom event type, the place and time of the event, and click save to record and associate the event with the order. The clearance event will then be displayed on the tracking interface of this order.

Go to the tracking interface of this order, and click “Expand” to view the details of the clearance event.
