The User Management module integrates all users registered under this integrator. In this module, integrator can add new users, modify existing users, and enable/disable users.

eTower developed the Role Management module to help integrators manage the permissions for different jobs within the system, such as IT, customer service, salesperson, etc.. In turn, labor division and coordination between different job roles in the business can be improved, and sensitive data permission can be kept under control. Hiding certain modules from some roles can help them focus on their job responsibilities, improving work and coordination efficiency.
