Parcel operations sometimes encounter problems, users need to mark and manage abnormal parcels. Usually, an operator reports the parcel problem, customer service follows up and provides solution to the operation station, then the operation station handles the abnormal parcel according to the solution. In the Abnormal Processing module, users can create abnormal parcel events, batch upload, batch solve, etc.

On the main interface of the Abnormal Management, in the pop-up window, click “Add” to create abnormal parcel events. In the drop-down list, users can select abnormal types (prohibited, light goods, custom detention, etc.), add remarks and photos as evidence. Since each abnormal type differs in cause and solution, the required additional information maybe different after users selected an abnormal type. Fill in the required information according to system guidance, and the abnormal parcel event can be created successfully.
