The Order Management module includes functional interfaces for First-leg B2B Orders, Direct Parcel Orders, Platform Orders, and Freight Rate Inquiry. Both integrators and shippers can compare freight rates and place orders directly here. In eTowerOne, e-Commerce orders can also be synchronized directly via API from e-Commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wish, etc.

The Fulfillment Order function, designed for e-Commerce FBA/FBM logistics, allows integrators/shippers to create fulfillment orders directly in eTowerOne. Once verified, these fulfillment orders are synchronized into the corresponding warehouse systems as outbound orders. After the warehouse completes the outbound process, tracking numbers and information can then be synchronized back to eTowerOne via API.

The Service & Rate module consists of a series of functions that allow integrators to configure service rates and other fees as pre-set routes based on different timeliness and product types. In addition to basic freight service rates, integrators and shippers can also set warehouse service fees, taxes, insurance, exchange rates, and surcharges here.

Integrators can manage a series of data sets in the Database module, including in-warehouse products, warehouse addresses, service suppliers, vessels and voyages, exceptional delivery rules, etc. Proper data maintenance ensures the integrity and accuracy of basic information, thereby improving convenience and efficiency while avoiding information inconsistency and conflict.

The Administration module allows for the maintenance of integrator and customer information, corporate structure, authorization, and system API keys. It can also be customized according to users' requirements. Data security and authorization are ensured through comprehensive privacy protection options.

The Financial Management module in eTowerOne provides integrators and shippers with a complete financial solution to efficiently manage logistics business. eTowerOne has completed the business and financial integration (payable & receivable), integrates seamlessly with other modules and functions to ensure accurate billing, statement generation, accounting, and financial control. As your financial control center, it facilitates a smooth workflow, ensuring that every transaction is accounted for and audited, providing transparency and control over your financial operations.
