The industry as a whole has benefited from China's rapid growth over the past two decades. Today, anti-globalization, industrial transfer/upgrading has broken the old trade pattern, from the incremental market to the stock market. Logistics enterprises should do a good job of the overall layout, and stand out in the future fierce competition in the elimination competition. WallTech, as a digital consulting expert and supporter for the industry, showcased its two major international logistics SaaS applications, CargoWare and eTower, which provide intelligent, systematic technological support for global logistics operations,and also through the integration of third-party products and services, to build a dynamic logistics ecosystem.
WallTech shareholder, CSO Wen Ming, shared the theme for "Scale". He opened by saying frankly: from China's accession to the WTO, to the subprime crisis in the United States, to the rise of cross-border e-commerce to detonate the change in the way of trade, he has crossed two cycles in the past 22 years, and deeply understood that only change is the only constant.

According to background data statistics, in the past year, in terms of user scale, the active stock users of the two product matrices, international freight forwarding collaborative cloud platform CargoWare and cross-border e-commerce logistics collaborative cloud platform eTower, have both jumped considerably;
In terms of user types, more and more state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, listed companies, and group structure enterprises have become mobile users, which shows that the SaaS cloud service model has become a trend in large and medium enterprises, and large and medium enterprises are more willing to "on the cloud" to establish a core business center system, laying the foundation for business development.
As a globally deployed cloud platform, CargoWare and eTower, just like the role of the control tower, rely on the globally deployed cloud server, big data processing, intelligent decision-making, flexible and scalable, customizable and other characteristics to form a one-stop integrated logistics solution - users can comprehensively monitor and integrate all resources, unified management and assessment of all suppliers, track order fulfillment status, plan logistics storage network, open new routes, etc.
At this conference, in the form of an animated video, the IP image of WallTech was revealed for the first time: Wo Bao, and the first batch of IP dolls were distributed to the guests. Wo Bao is a blue mechanical octopus whose name is derived from "WallTech", a homonym for the first syllable of WallTech. As an agile and flexible mechanical octopus, it is good at using eight mechanical claws to command the various business parties on the international logistics chain, efficiently and easily cooperate, and at the same time, with a head with super computing power, the data of each node of the whole process is gathered, centralized and unified processing and calculation, intelligent planning and management of complex supply chains.
Gong Jian, a shareholder director of WallTech, explained the theme of "Fusion" from three perspectives: the integration of business scenarios, the integration of information, and the integration of partners. Gong Jian introduced: The current market environment upheaval is accelerating the extension of logistics enterprises to the customer service side, increasing the investment in online customer service.
WallTech's two cloud platforms, based on in-depth experience in business scenarios, have launched a series of extended product components to form a perfect product matrix, which can help international logistics enterprises realize the digitalization of the whole process from marketing to performance to financial settlement, enabling enterprise business model reform and efficiency improvement.
WallTech shareholder CPO Liu Feng, who is also the director of the Digital Working Committee of the China International Freight Forwarders Association, introduced how WallTech shoulders and fulfills its social responsibilities. He highlighted three areas of responsibility:
1.Corporate Responsibility: Customer data security is the lifeline. WallTech prioritizes customer data security through substantial investments in system security, employing security experts, deploying industry-standard cloud service firewalls, and conducting regular vulnerability and compliance checks by third-party organizations.
2. Platform responsibility: In 2023, WallTech will launch ⌈Wo Bao Partner Program ⌋, recruiting like-minded platform enterprise users to engage in "product co-construction" with WallTech and participate in the whole process from product research to product launch, enabling the two cloud service software to maintain long-term product competitiveness and foresight in the ever-changing market environment. Partners who join this program will receive exclusive benefits, resources, and priority experience qualifications, and the products jointly developed with WallTech will also be returned to every user of the platform. At present, the first batch of partner projects are being recruited: intelligent freight forwarding full process engine, one-stop super freight service, super supply chain logistics engine.
3. Industry responsibility: This year, WallTech joined the China International Freight Forwarders Association as the director unit of the first Digital Working Committee, shouldering greater responsibilities: to study the application and development trend of digitalization in the field of logistics, actively carry out research activities at home and abroad, and put forward the digitalization direction of China's international logistics industry, collect enterprise demands and relevant government departments to coordinate the latest policies and economic situation, and convey enterprise demands to the government, gather senior digital implementation talents in the industry, gather classic solution cases and build mature solutions in the digital development of international logistics enterprises, and compile an annual digital development report in the field of international logistics.
