WallTech Group Received the "Specialized, Fine, Unique, and New" SME Award, CEO Guo Shunri, Speaks as a Representative

On June 27, 2023, eTower's parent company - WallTech Co. Ltd attended the Shanghai Hongkou District City-level "Specialized, Fine, Unique, and New" enterprise award ceremony, as well as the unveiling of the "Hongkou District Specialized, Fine, Unique, and New Enterprise Cultivation Base" as a representative from Shanghai.

At the ceremony, Guo Shunri, acting as the representative of the city-level award-winning enterprises in the Hongkou District, gave speech and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to various departments of the district and city government for their support and empowerment on behalf of thousands of international freight forwarders and cross-border e-commerce logistics integrators on the platform.

Guo introduced that WallTech, founded in 2011, had a simple dream to reduce software barriers to entry for international logistics service businesses. The company has been dedicated to the implementation of SaaS (cloud service) technology in the international logistics industry.

Through its international logistics software cloud services - CargoWare and eTower, WallTech has attracted many medium to large-sized, excellent international freight forwarding enterprises, and the end-to-end operational services of cross-border e-commerce businesses of five national-level postal services.

WallTech has played an important role and influence in the field of logistics digitization for China's supply chains as the world's factory. For this reason, the China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA), a subsidiary of the China Ministry of Commerce, officially appointed WallTech as the head of the CIFA Digital Work Committee on April 26th 2023.

Shanghai prioritizes "Specialized, Fine, Unique, and New" SMEs as key cultivation enterprises, offering suitable and effective services in areas such as talent team building, technological innovation, market development, brand cultivation, management improvement, and financing services.

Issued by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in June 2022, enterprises must meet the following standards to be identified as the "Specialized, Fine, Unique, and New" SMEs:

1.Have been engaged in a specific segmented market for more than 2 years.

2. The total R&D expenditure in the previous year was no less than 1 million RMB, and it accounted for no less than 3% of the total business revenue.

3.The total business revenue in the previous year was over 10 million yuan, or the total business revenue in the previous year was less than 10 million yuan, but the total amount of new equity financing in the recent 2 years (paid by qualified institutional investors) reached 20 million yuan or more.

4.Have received provincial-level scientific and technological rewards in the past three years, ranking in the top three among the award-winning units; or have received national-level scientific and technological rewards, ranking in the top five among the award-winning units.

5.The total amount of new equity financing (the paid-in amount by qualified institutional investors) in the past two years was over 60 million yuan.

6.Entered the list of top 500 enterprises in the "Maker China" SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in the past three years.
